Alexa is caring and passionate about making fitness fun no matter what age or ability level.
Alexa is currently teaching Osteofit, Chairfit, and other all-ages fitness classes at three locations in Vancouver. Outside the gym, she enjoys hip hop dancing with her adult dance crew, cycling, hiking, photography, and cheering on her own teenagers at their track meets and dance performances.
