Stretching

Stretching can have many health benefits, and keep those muscles healthy. Stretching can increase your flexibility, improve your range of motion and help prevent loss of range of motion. It can help prevent injury, improve posture, and decrease muscle soreness and tightness. We may not realize that muscle tightness in our quadriceps, hamstrings and hip flexors can cause low back pain. Stretching can also improve circulation as it increases blood flow to the muscles.

Plus, stretching feels good. It’s a great way to cool down and relax after a workout. As an added bonus, it can be a great stress reliever.

Enjoy a few of our Stretching Classes below and let’s get stretching! At the end of each video, there is also an opportunity to complete a short survey. We would so appreciate your feedback as it helps us build content that is valuable to you.
