Pilates Classes

Pilates is an isotonic practice, meaning the muscles are in motion both strengthening and stretching at the same time. You are encouraged to work within the range you can efficiently support. It provides a low-impact workout with slow and controlled movements to help strengthen your core muscles. Strengthening your core, which is connected to the other muscles in your body, provides more ease of motion, better balance, flexibility and posture while enhancing your muscle strength, tone, and range of motion. Plus, it can even help ease chronic pain, tension and stiffness.

Pilates also provides mental health benefits by focusing on your breath and body movement you build self-control. These mindful skills can also help you manage your stress and anxiety.
