Ingredients:
8 oz no salt added tomato sauce
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
4 tbsp brown sugar (packed)
2.5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground mustard
1.5 tsp lemon juice
1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup water
Instructions:
Whisk together all ingredients over medium heat until the sauce boils. Reduce heat to low and let simmer uncovered, for about 1 hour or until the sauce has been reduced by half (down to about 1.5 cups).
