Mushroom and Balsamic Salad

Earthy, flavorful mushrooms tossed gently with a variety of fresh, vibrant greens and drizzled with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette create a simple yet elegantly presented dish that is ideal for serving as a starter.
Salad Ingredients:
1 cup assorted mushrooms
4 cups mixed greens
Dressing Ingredients:
¼ c balsamic vinegar
¼ c olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Saute mushrooms in a dry non-stick skillet..
Serve over a bed of greens.
Mix ingredients for dressing in a jar, shake well with lid secure and dress salad just before serving.
