Energy Bites

Energy bites are a convenient and nutritious snack option that provide a quick source of energy, making them ideal for busy lifestyles.
Ingredients:
1 cup nut/seed butter
2 bananas, mashed
3 cups old-fashioned oats
3 tbsp honey/maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
In a food processor fitted with a blade attachment, pulse the oats until they reach a flour-like consistency.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas into a smooth purée.
Add the oats and remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix into a dough.
Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll into balls.
Tip: Coat the energy bites in cinnamon, seeds, or coconut flakes for extra flavor and texture.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
