Peanut Dipping Sauce

This creamy peanut dipping sauce is savory and slightly sweet, perfect for spring rolls, satay, noodles, or as a versatile dressing.
Ingredients:
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
2 to 3 tbsp water, as needed
Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, tamari, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
Whisk in 2 to 3 tbsp of water based on preference to make a creamy sauce.
