Mrs. Dash Seasoning

Mrs. Dash Seasoning is a flavorful blend of herbs and spices crafted without salt, making it a heart-healthy way to season meals.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp dried basil

  • 1 tbsp dried marjoram

  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 tbsp dried savory

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp dried sage

  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp dried lemon zest optional

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix all spices together.

  2. Use a spice mortar and pestle, a blender, or a food processor to grind the mix to a finer consistency if you like a smoother blend.

  3. Store in an air-tight container until ready to use. For best flavor, use within 1 year.
