Overnight oats

A convenient solution to have ready to enjoy anytime of day, but a particularly easy breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • fresh or frozen fruit of your choice

Instructions:

  1. In a clean mason jar, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, nut butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir well.

  2. Top with fresh or frozen fruit of your choice.

  3. Store overnight in the refrigerator.

  4. Before eating, add a splash of milk, stir, and enjoy cold.

Tips:

  • Use any fruit you like.

  • Switch up your oatmeal with different nut butters and spices.
