Honey mustard vinaigrette offers a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess that can enhance the flavour of salads and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or a jar with a tight fitting lid
Tip: Store in the fridge and use to top all of your favourite salads. Use within 5 days
