Today’s goal is to do 10-minutes of strength training using your body weight. If you're up for it, add some bands or weights to be even more effective. You can also use things around the house, like a couple of water bottles or soup cans.

Strength training is essential for maintaining and improving muscle mass, bone density, and overall mobility, especially as we age. It not only boosts physical strength and endurance but also supports metabolic health, helps manage weight, and can enhance mood and confidence.
