Walking to Wellness Personalized Plans

Join the virtual introduction class to learn about the importance of regular exercise, and the kidney-customized Walking to Wellness personals plan with “exercise snacks” created by a kinesiology student who has worked in the kidney community and understands some of the unique challenges kidney disease can pose.
