As the key non-profit in Canada serving the kidney community, the Kidney Foundation has been a trusted resource for over 60 years, offering critical programs and services, supporting research, and promoting public awareness.
The Foundation also works in close collaboration and partnership with renal health professionals and organizations, as well as health authorities, empowering all those with kidney disease to optimize their health status. To reach newly diagnosed patients, the we are reaching out to the Division of Family Practice groups and have spoken directly to hundreds of family practitioners and nurse practitioners. Education Materials
The Kidney Foundation offers a wide range of free educational resources that you may find helpful for your patients. These materials are provided at no cost to Canadian Clinics providing services to help patients maintiain their kidney health. There are Kidney handbooks split into two books: one for those Living with Reduced Kidney Function and another for those Living with Kidney Failure. Plus, Numerous brochures on a variety of kidney-related topics are also available, including some offered in additional languages.

We are pleased to provide free promotional materials for you to share with your patients as well. These materials are provided at no cost to Canadian Clinics providing services to help patients maintain their kidney health.
