Shopping List

Dairy

  • 150g soft or silken tofu

  • unsalted butter

  • milk, plant based or dairy (optional)

  • mozzarella or a cheese of your choice (optional)

Produce

  • 1 cauliflower, fresh or frozen

  • 1 head romaine lettuce

  • 5 cups frozen berries

  • 1 pear of your choice

  • 1 head of garlic or garlic powder (not garlic salt)

  • 1 small yellow onion

  • ½ red onion

  • 1 carrot (optional)

  • parsley, chives or a fresh herb of your choice (optional)

  • 3-4 lemons (if not using bottled)

Condiments

  • lemon juice

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • maple syrup

 

Breads, Grains and Pasta

  • 1 lb of linguine or pasta of your choice

  • rolled oats

 

Baking and Spices

  • cornstarch

  • vanilla extract

  • brown sugar

  • flour of your choice

  • cashew or sunflower seeds (unsalted)

  • dried cranberries

  • sliced or slivered almonds (optional)

  • nutritional yeast

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • ground cinnamon

  • ground allspice

  • ground nutmeg

  • garlic powder (if not using fresh)
