  • Cassandra Troughton is a former elementary educator, writer, and gratitude enthusiast from Nelson, BC. With seven years supporting students’ mental and emotional wellbeing in the public school system, she understands the profound connection between gratitude and overall health.

    Cassandra wrote the Gratitude Journal for Teens with Kids Yoga Stories – a 12-week guided journal helping teens cultivate gratitude, self-awareness, and positive self-talk. Now an online content and copywriter, she channels her expertise in mindfulness and gratitude into resources that empower individuals to live healthier, happier lives.
