Manage Stress in a Healthy Way

Everyone feels stress from time to time and it can be a normal response to the demands of everyday life, but chronic stress can lead to physical and mental health issues. Kidney patients may feel more stress because of their diagnosis and the challenge of dealing with health changes. If ongoing stress and anxiety are impacting you negatively, consider speaking to your healthcare provider for support.

There are many ways to help manage stress in a healthy way. Try our Stress Busters for quick tips to help you relax your body and mind. You can also try some of the other classes right here on the Kidney Wellness Hub like Mindful Relaxation, Music Therapy, the Power of Laughter, Benefit of Pets or Sleeping Well to help you manage stress.
